| KiDo, the gentle form of Asian Gymnastics |
|
Invigoration, stretching and relaxation with Asian chill out sounds
KiDo (Asian Gymnastics), which combines TaiChi, Yoga, QiGong and further vitalizing exercises, gently invigorates and stretches your muscles, thus shaping your whole body. This combination provides for a vital energy which is softly established to reduce and ease away the anger, stress and tension of everyday life. The modern and contemporary training concept – including centuries-old, well-tried and functional exercises – is based on a sequence of carefully performed, fluent movements, all of which are easily comprehensible to the students. These movements are inspired by the harmonization of the apparently polar opposites of Yin and Yang, rest and movement, strain and relief. These exercises not only strengthen but also relax the musculature, improving their flexibility.
By doing KiDo (Asian Gymnastics) one experiences a vitalizing as well as balancing, invigorating and health-promoting effect, which also might mitigate back trouble. The body’s own energy and self-healing power is activated. KiDo for a physical and mental balance – a constructive relaxation program with a mental effect.
