The i-defense Fitness-Mix programme is an additional workout for the whole body for all who like to stay in shape. The i-defense Fitness-Mix consists of the elements: strengthening, endurance, felxibility and relaxation. In addition to the fitness exercises the program is extended by forms taken from Yoga, TaiChi and QiGong. Exercises for your spine and the back in general are considered along with special shapening exercises for abs, thighs, and bottom.
